  1. All of our products are offered with a personal message
  2. We will always attempt to dispatch your order on the day the order is requested – provider the order is received by 3pm
  3. If a product requested is not in stock we will always contact you for an alternative product
  4. Please note we do not offer a same day delivery service

Security & Privacy

  1. Your payment will be processed through our secure site for your safety and security in accordance with standard consumer protection distance selling regulation (2000)
  2. Your order details and confirmation of payment will be emailed to you
  3. It is our policy not to pass on any of your personal details

Messages

  1. You have an option to include a message but it is not a requirement with your gift. However if we are contacted by the recipient to request the sender nae we will always disclose this informaiton

Payments

  1. All payments are processed by Stripe to ensure the payment security online
  2. We accept the following debit / credit cards

    Visa Debit
  3. All prices quoted include 20% VAT
  4. Payment will be processed at the time of order. The name and billing address given must be the same as the registered name and address of the cardholder
  5. Failure to supply the correct details may result in a delay of your order
  6. Your order confirmation and details of the payment will be emailed to you
  7. You may cancel your order at anytime up until 2pm on the requested day of dispatch
  8. Should you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer services

Delivery

  1. All orders received by 3pm can be dispatched the same day as requested
  2. We do not dispatch goods on Saturday or Sunday. We only offer same day delivery locally
  3. All UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail or DPD
  4. Unless requested and paid for a next day guaranteed delivery, please allow 2-3 working days
  5. Our chocolates are delivered in strong tailor made cardboard postal boxes to ensure the products reaches in good condition
  6. We are unable to send out an order if the temperature exceeds 23 degrees and will do our best to advise you and will send the order out as soon as the weather is cooler
  7. If we are delivering the order to a third party (as a gift) please provide us with the full and accurate address including post code. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address details. We will not be liable if the delivery fails to reach the recipient intended. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to recipient being unavailable.
  8. UK delivery area includes Scotland, England, NI and Wales
  9. If returning good please provide proof of posting from your delivery service provider as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
  10. We recommend our guaranteed next day delivery service if a delivery is required within a specific time
  11. Our guaranteed next day service is offered for only £6
  12. We do not monitor delivery however if the gift has not been delivered please inform us immediately to enable us to track your delivery
  13. We do not dispatch over the weekend
  14. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be sent the following Monday

Refunds

  1. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with our products we will always do our best to resolve the problem
  2. You may return any unopened food item within 7 working days from the date of receiving it for a full refund
